Geoff and Jackie Laurin founded
Half Steps Farm in 1993
in the Sierra foothills
town of El Dorado, CA,
about seven miles west
of Placerville and 30
miles east of Sacramento.
Their private equestrian
training facility has 23
stalls, outstanding footing,
wonderful clients and
a beautiful park-like setting.
They provide training for both
horse and rider, specializing
in the young horse and in
rehabilitating the problem horse.
